Incoming Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto laid the groundwork for his political career as governor of the state of Mexico. He worked his way up through the political party Insitutional Revolutionary Party, known more for old style backroom deals and strong arm politics than reformist tendencies. But Pena Nieto has been reneweing the image of his party and making it more transparent. Al Jazeera's Adam Raney reports from Atlacomulco, Mexico.
